I needed some help with the installation and, it took a little longer than I expected to get things moving. The help itself was okay once I got it, not amazing or anything, but enough to get through it. I was kind of just sitting there waiting and wondering if I was missing something obvious, but in the end it worked out.

I think this is a good buy for the price. It showed up just like I expected and feels sturdy enough, which is great. There are a couple little spots where the finish isn’t amazing, and that was kind of annoying, but also not a huge deal. So far it works well, so I’m happy with it overall. Not blown away or anything, but definitely satisfied.

I checked out Toolots while looking for some equipment, and the site was a bit clunky for me. I’ve used plenty of similar supplier websites before, so I’m used to comparing specs and prices online, but this one felt slower than it should. Some pages took a while to load, and the filters didn’t always help narrow things down the way I expected.
A lot of the product pages also felt kind of crowded, with information scattered all over the place. Checkout itself was okay, but finding basic details took more time than it needed to. It’s not the worst site I’ve used, but it definitely made the shopping process more frustrating than it had to be.

"Am I the only one who finds stock updates frustrating?"
Am I the only one who gets annoyed when something shows as in stock, but then it turns out it isn’t? I ordered a machine part because the site said it was available, and a few days later they let me know it was actually backordered. I needed it quickly, so that was frustrating. To be fair, they did refund me without a problem, but their stock info really needs to be more accurate

I had to file a warranty claim and, to be fair, they did the right thing and sent out the parts I needed. It took a few days longer than I was hoping, which was a bit frustrating, but support did follow up and didn’t just leave me hanging. that’s all I really ask for, treat people decently and help fix the issue
