I needed some help with the installation and, it took a little longer than I expected to get things moving. The help itself was okay once I got it, not amazing or anything, but enough to get through it. I was kind of just sitting there waiting and wondering if I was missing something obvious, but in the end it worked out.

The site said the item was in stock, but it actually wasn’t. Straightforward issue, but definitely frustrating when you’re expecting to place an order

I think this is a good buy for the price. It showed up just like I expected and feels sturdy enough, which is great. There are a couple little spots where the finish isn’t amazing, and that was kind of annoying, but also not a huge deal. So far it works well, so I’m happy with it overall. Am I the only one who gets annoyed when something shows as in stock, but then it turns out it isn’t? To be fair, they did refund me without a problem, but their stock info really needs to be more accurate

I had to file a warranty claim and, to be fair, they did the right thing and sent out the parts I needed. It took a few days longer than I was hoping, which was a bit frustrating, but support did follow up and didn’t just leave me hanging. that’s all I really ask for, treat people decently and help fix the issue
